Where did Contoterapia® come from?
“I had already realized that it was self-awareness that enabled me to navigate this world with more clarity and freedom, and stories were the most enjoyable and reliable vessel I have encountered.”
At Contoterapia®we use tales and stories as a means to get to know and develop ourselves. Stories serve as a true pharmacy for the soul and, as a rule, any therapeutic process aims to guide the patient to acquire instruments that help him to deal with his challenges and conflicts, whether these conflicts are emotional or mental or behavioral.
Com stories,we access new perspectivesto solve challenges of everyday life,we promote reflectionsthat impact on the construction of oursubjectivity, we accommodate things within our heart.
Since I know that stories are excellent teachers and have been around the world for much longer than you and I have, and I also know that we all have a storyteller inside us, I want to activate this resource of yours, motivate you to mobilize your imagination, his orality and his inner strength, developing their ability to overcome challenges, through courses, workshops and consultations, with the help of stories.
Between reality and imagination there is a bridge and we cross it with Contoterapia®

How does my work
Contoterapia® offers individual and group approaches towork on self-knowledge with the help of tales and stories. We use the practice of stories with atherapeutic biasfor purposes ofSelf development, enabling the recognition of a life with more meaning and significance.
In group approaches, we offerworkshopsthroughout the year that focus oncreation of biographical storiesand in the telling of these tales and stories of oral tradition.
In the individual approach we have theIndividual Tale Therapy Program, which creates a metaphorical tale from a conflict and which will serve as a mental reprogramming through images. We also have Conversa com Sentido, a mentoring meeting where I will share my experience to help you in your project with stories.
And for those who wish to learn the methodology of Contoterapia® for personal and professional application, we have theCourse of Contotherapy®which takes place once a year for 8 months of weekly live meetings. In it, we have the opportunity to work on the main lines that influence the work of Contoterapia® today, from non-violent communication to the craft of storytelling and the creation of biographical and therapeutic stories.
The creator of Contoterapia®
Anna Rossetto is a short story therapist and currently lives in England with her family, where she has the opportunity to delve deeper into this world of more anthroposophical storytelling at the International School of Storytelling in Sussex. Along with colleagues and mentors, he deepens his look into the use of stories as a tool for self-development and self-knowledge.
As a Storyteller, facilitator of the non-violent communication process, with Biological and Systemic Laws, and as a Personal and Self Coach, she has been using systemic thinking and her therapeutic knowledge allied to this awareness of the narratives and stories that create and define our life experiences since 2016.
It does this through individual consultations and group work.
